Muscogee Nation Casinos has partnered with Signature Systems to rollout the provider’s PDQ point-of-sale technology across its nine gaming establishments in Oklahoma, featuring over 150 new terminals and self-service kiosks for employees.

“Support was a key deciding factor for us in selecting (Signature System)’s point-of-sale,” Muscogee Nation Casinos Director of IT Cameron Barnes said.

“We’ve built a reputation for providing an elite guest experience, so it is imperative that all of our systems work as expected and can be fixed quickly when issues occur.”

The two entities originally began collaborating during December 2025 when Signature Systems first rolled out its point-of-sale technology across Muscogee Nation Casinos properties.

The full rollout is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, with Muscogee Nation Casinos’ Coweta and Eufaula locations having received installations at the time of writing.

Signature Systems EVP and CTO John White also spoke on the partnership, having said, “We’re grateful to the Tribal gaming community for sharing their experiences using (Signature System)’s point-of-sale.

“We’ve worked hard to develop a superior product in a market that has historically been occupied by two companies that have been slow to innovate. Muscogee Nation Casino represents another major gaming organization that did its research and felt confident that our POS was the right move to support their growth.”

On January 16, International Game Technology brand Everi unveiled the first installation of its Vi mobile gaming solution in partnership with the Muscogee Nation Tribe, allowing consumers to play more than 30 digital titles directly on their mobile devices.

The solution is provided through Everi’s BeOn mobile platform, and is said to combine the supplier’s digital games portfolio, wallet technology, AML solution and Trilogy loyalty program.
